Hello and welcome! I am so glad you are considering investing in a season of healing and growth. I am a licensed clinical social worker, providing individual therapy services with a focus on helping adolescents and adults gain insight and tools to navigate mental health, relationships, trauma, and overall well-being.
I specialize in mental health work with adolescents (ages 10-19) and adults. I have a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and extensive experience helping those impacted by disruption and trauma. I utilize multiple evidence-based clinical interventions and work collaboratively to design the best treatment for each individual. I believe in the power of safe relationships and value building strong rapport with my clients to create a space where healing can occur.

What types of counseling services do you offer?
I provide individual counseling services for adolescents and adults in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I see children under age 10 and families on a case-by-case basis.
Are you currently accepting new clients?
While I am currently accepting new clients, my availability is limited. I currently have only a few daytime slots available. I do offer a waiting list option. Clients must reside in Colorado.
Do you offer therapy sessions online or in person?
I prefer to meet in-person, but am able to provide virtual counseling sessions to meet your needs.
Do you take insurance?
Seasons Counseling Colorado accepts private pay and Colorado Access/ Medicaid serving Douglas, Arapahoe, Adams, and Denver counties. I do not accept any other insurance at this time. I can provide a superbill as an out-of-network provider. I am also a provider for Second Wind Fund.
